She has extensive experience in handling matters involving guardianships, conservatorships,
and trust and conservatorship accountings. She has assisted in trust administration and
Gareit has been successful in many elder law cases involving issues of elder abuse and undue influence. She handles both litigated and uncontested probate and trust related matters. She also enjoys helping families establish estate planning specific to their needs.
She also handles family law cases involving child custody, child support, spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders, dissolution and property division, complex and simple. She is also able to assist through mediation.
She has focused her practice in the counties of Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino.

Represented conservatee in a dependent adult abuse litigation resulting in a judgment against the former conservator.
